History of

The Corner Rose Tea Room

In the beginning-1998

Since 1998, the Russell Home for Atypical Children opened the “Corner Rose Tea Room” to raise money for their very special home. After 15 years it became  necessary to close in order to make room for a much needed expansion. Because of the long time relationship with Pine Castle Women’s Club they asked if we would like to take over sponsorship of CRTR. We responded with an enthusiastic “yes!”.

Now their collection of teapots, china, hats, memorabilia and furniture provide the same gracious ambience they did at the Russell home. Corner Rose Tea Room opened in 2013 as a fundraising arm for the Pine Castle Women’s Club.

Proceeds from our not-for-profit teas continue to support the Russell home and other charities within the greater Pine Castle area
